• You understand that all products are laboratory reagents, not drugs, supplements, or food products, and are not for consumption.
• You will use all products solely within a controlled laboratory or research setting, by a qualified researcher.

03. Account & User Responsibilities

• You must be 18 years of age or older, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order.
• You agree to provide accurate, current billing and shipping information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

04. Ordering & Payment

• Orders are processed once payment has been successfully authorized.
• We accept the payment methods presented at checkout.
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• We ship from US-based facilities to approved domestic and international destinations, subject to local import regulations for research-use compounds.
• Published delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier logistics or customs processing beyond our control.
• Longevia Research is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier once a package has left our facility.

• No product sold by Longevia Research is approved for human or veterinary use.
• The purchaser assumes all risk associated with storage, handling, and application of any compound in a research setting.
• Longevia Research is not liable for any misuse, accidental exposure, or unapproved application of a purchased product.

07. Intellectual Property

All website content — including product descriptions, Certificates of Analysis presentation, Journal articles, imagery, and branding — is the property of Longevia Research. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial reuse of this content is prohibited.
